我和我丈夫今天早些时候去了伯班克的宜家。我们决定已经晚了，在宜家购物 2 个小时后，我们将尝试位于二楼尽头的便利美食广场。我丈夫有鲑鱼、胡萝卜、小豆、土豆泥、绿色圆形的东西、瑞典肉丸。我有素食肉丸和一个绿色的（圆形的东西？）和炸薯条。工作人员似乎很着急，没有解释，因为这是我们第一次。没有明确的制度。我只是想说食物肯定被污染了，我丈夫一直在呕吐生病并使用洗手间 2 个小时。他最初因胃痛和头痛而感到恶心了两个小时，然后一旦我们回到家，他就开始不停地呕吐。

我大约下午 2 点在餐厅吃饭。我点了一个醉酒的面条。当我坐在那里吃食物时，我注意到食物很重，我已经开始注意到出了什么问题。几个小时后，当我回到家时，不停地呕吐，腹泻开始持续了整夜。这是一个非常暴力的事件，我不希望发生在我最大的敌人身上。我感觉非常虚弱，想知道明天我是否还能去上班。

i’ve had it on multiple occasion which always resulted in stomach problems. i thought after the first one it was just a bad cook day but boy was i wrong. i had it today and me and my girlfriend both felt nauseous and uneasy. please fix this or else.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

On 5/30/18 around 730pm, I ordered the combo teriyaki chicken and beef with the "Not so Fried Rice." The chicken and beef tasted fine, but the Fried Rice was very wet and was foul tasting. Several hours later, I started vomiting. Then this morning, I began having diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
