At 12 noon my granddaughter ate chicken nuggets, french fries and apple juice at McDonalds. Within 1/2 hour stomach cramps appeared, 1-hour diarrhea occurd, and 2-hours after eating she vomited for the next 3-hours straight. We will never eat at McDonald's again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

2017 年 4 月 14 日星期五订购了两条菲力鱼片。8 小时后胃痉挛、弹丸呕吐、无法控制的腹泻、头痛、发冷、发烧。症状持续到接下来的两天，随着第 4 天再次发生事件，症状缓解了 3 天。这次回合让我进了医院，得到静脉输液抗生素和恶心药。那是星期二。4 月 23 日星期日我还没有达到 100％。
