昨天，1 月 18 日星期五，我们吃了进出。我们点了汉堡。我两岁的孩子醒来时被呕吐物遮住了。他整天都有腹泻。当我的上腹疼痛时，我整晚都和他在一起。后来我出现了食物中毒的所有其他症状。现在，晚上 10 点 03 分我头疼。我丈夫也吃了汉堡。一整天都是同样的症状

There were three of us, and we ate at around 6. We all had different food including grilled stuffed burrito, seven layer burrito, cheesy bean and rice burritos, burrito supremes, etc. One of us felt sick around 11, and had diarrhea.The other two of us woke up… 更多

At 9 p.m. I ate a quarter pounder deluxe meal and had a yogurt parfait. It is now 1 a.m. and I have severe cramping vomiting and diarrhea. If it does not stop I will seek medical attention.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

At 12 noon my granddaughter ate chicken nuggets, french fries and apple juice at McDonalds. Within 1/2 hour stomach cramps appeared, 1-hour diarrhea occurd, and 2-hours after eating she vomited for the next 3-hours straight. We will never eat at McDonald's again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
