Had the Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich and Curly Fries. Was unable to sleep and woke up at 330 am, severe stomach pain, cramping and eventual vomiting and diarrhea. Spent 24 hours in bed asleep.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain

At 9 p.m. I ate a quarter pounder deluxe meal and had a yogurt parfait. It is now 1 a.m. and I have severe cramping vomiting and diarrhea. If it does not stop I will seek medical attention.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

At 12 noon my granddaughter ate chicken nuggets, french fries and apple juice at McDonalds. Within 1/2 hour stomach cramps appeared, 1-hour diarrhea occurd, and 2-hours after eating she vomited for the next 3-hours straight. We will never eat at McDonald's again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
