我只有鸡肉，6 小时之内我就被扔掉了。其次是头痛、发冷、恶心、严重抽筋、血性腹泻、背部和颈部疼痛、头晕、虚弱和极度疲劳。这是最新的 5 天！我无法吃东西，甚至一口水也让我陷入了剧烈的抽筋之中。过了 4 天，我还能忍受少量的汤和佳得乐。我可能应该去医院接受静脉补水和抽筋和恶心的药物。但是我太虚弱了，头晕目眩，无法开车。现在是第 6 天了，我感觉好多了。还有一些周期性的抽筋。我再也不会在 El Pollo 吃饭了！我已经告诉所有愿意听的人，我发生了什么事。
