我决定在星期一中午 12 点吃温迪。我吃了 2 个没有蛋黄酱的少年培根芝士汉堡，大约有一半的辣椒芝士薯条和一半的巧克力冰霜。吃完后不久，我开始感到非常饱腹，剩下的时间我什么都没吃。星期二我正常吃东西（在家煮），没吃任何肉或鸡蛋。星期三早上我开始感到不适，因为腹泻、恶心、出汗、头晕，我叫停工，因为我的动作频繁且不可预测。我从 2-6 小睡，然后从 11 点 30 分睡了一整晚。现在是星期四早上，我的凳子还在松动。我昨天只吃了咸味和 Lara 酒吧。我通常不吃快餐，吃面包卷的味道确实有点陈旧，所以这应该是我不要吃这顿饭的迹象。我不再对任何形式的快餐感兴趣，我希望没有其他人从这个地方生病。
