Husband got abdominal cramps & diarrhea both times he ate Blaze Pizza; similar to him eating anything with MSG. Asked employees if they knew which ingredients had MSG. They shrugged their shoulders & said they didn’t know  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 抽筋

1 月 26 日，我购买了香肠鸡蛋和奶酪早餐三明治组合。我能够咬三口但没法完成。我没吃晚饭是因为我的肚子一直抽筋而且我有腹泻。第二天早上我的身体很疼。我很恶心，发烧了，还有更多的腹泻。我尝试喝大量的水但没有喝到鸟类。我很虚弱，第二天出现了相同的症状以及钾和血压的紧急护理。

Ate a burrito with lettuce chicken white rice sour cream and cheese at 500 pm on 103118. At 100 am am nauseous with diarrhea and puking up bits of what looks like lettuce cilantro and white rice.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

On Saturday May 12th I ate a chicken salad bowl from Chipotle. I started feeling weird the next morning and I could barely eat my lunch. The next morning I couldn't eat anything and had to rush to the bathroom to throw up. Now it's Tuesday and I've been throwing up since 3:30 AM.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Had chicken sandwich and salad, but didn't eat the salad, just in case. Didn't realize the sandwich had some lettuce also. Didn't feel well shortly after that and then for the next day. Other family member got sick also, not sure if from Taco Bell or Pollo Tropical also.  | 症状: 恶心

My sister got fruit bowl and ate 3 pieces and realized it tasted really strange so she threw it away but TO LATE . About a hour later vomiting over 7 times and watery diarrhea and extremely bad stomach cramps ... high fever and terrible body aches ... this must be stopped Walmart really ?  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我订购的牛排炸玉米饼只吃了 2 个，几个小时后吃了一面鳄梨调味酱，病得很重，发烧，发冷。呕吐、腹泻和胃痉挛..我整天只吃了 chipotle 所以没有其他可能的原因  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 寒战
