我在 2019 年 11 月 10 日上午 11 点左右去了，订购了一个辛辣的意大利潜艇，里面有生菜、番茄、香蕉辣椒和蛋黄酱。那天晚上 6 点左右，我开始发冷和出汗，还有恶心。在 30 分钟内，我出现了严重的腹部痉挛和发烧，然后是腹泻。这种情况一直持续到今天（2019年10月13日），我确实注意到他们没有像大多数商店那样覆盖所有食物。我总是订购这件商品，从来没有遇到过任何问题，但这是我第一次也是最后一次去这家商店。另外-黄色奶酪看起来很旧，好像坐得太久了，他们的西红柿看起来像出来太久一样糊状。

I bought cut fruit on 9/24/19. I ate some for breakfast on 9/25/19 and within 30 minutes started to feel nauseous. I vomited after an hour of the nausea. Also, had very itchy palms. I wonder what they put on the fruit that would cause this.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I hate the “Zensation salad” and fries but I’m more than likely it was the salad. The salad was warm to begin with and approximately ten or fifteen minutes after I felt the urge of immediate urgent diarrhea coming down fast.  | 症状: 腹泻

Ordered large pizza ain't nothing prior or drink nothing prior after eating the pizza drink only out of the 2-liter Coke and ate nothing else woke up the next day violently ill for 48 hours, I got sick approximately 628 hours later  | 症状: 呕吐, 发烧, 恶心, 腹泻
