Both my wife and I got a bowl with rice, cabbage, the noodles, and the regular chicken and that night my wife got horribly sick and I had the same symptoms the next afternoon.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Steak burrito with brown rice, black beans, queso and shredded cheese. Started sickness next morning at 5 a.m. and lasted throughout the day. Receipt shows guacamole but no quacamole was on it, it was queso.  | 症状: 呕吐

Came in around 8:00pm and ordered the Country Fried Steak breakfast and received my food around 8:30pm. During consumption I felt a little overwhelmed with the consistency and by the time I got home around 10:00pm I was not feeling the best. I woke up at 1:00am… 更多

Peanut Butter Bacon burger.

Server asked if I wanted a little pink or no pink on the inside. I said a little.
