I ordered a chicken bowl to go on 07/05/18, the bowl had brown rice, chicken, black beans, mild mix, corn, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce. It started a few hours after eating it. It was all I ate that day and I felt perfectly fine before then.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我今天下午 2 点左右在 Red Robin 吃过饭，我吃了椒盐脆饼和啤酒奶酪作为开胃菜，然后我吃了一个汉堡，里面有切达干酪、炒洋葱和 chipotle 蛋黄酱。晚上 8 点左右，严重恶心迅速发作，以至于我觉得自己要呕吐。在过去的两个小时里，我花了4次tums来尝试安定我的胃，但没有帮助。我正在经历非常尖锐的胃痉挛，我觉得我正在等待碗运动，但还没准备好。

I ate a black bean, rice, and cheese quesadilla from Chipotle 2 days ago and 15 minutes later felt very nauseous, then 20 minutes later puked and had diarrhea for the next day. Mind you, this was all I had eaten all day, and it is all that came up later on.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
