Had a beefy 5-layer burrito w/out sour cream and beans, and a double decker taco w/out bean . This is the second time I've gotten food poisoning from this Taco Bell. Symptoms started hours after eating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Ordered my 4 year old a 4 pc nugget happy meal around 5:30pm through the drive thru. When I got the order his nuggets were not in the bag, so my husband went in and they gave him the nuggets. Around 4 am he woke up puking… 更多

2016 年 6 月 13 日星期一晚上 8 点左右穿过直通车。
我妈妈吃了鸡块和薯条。
我吃了 #7 鸡肉三明治还有一些同样的薯条。
大约 1-2 小时后，我们俩都患有腹泻。剩下的夜晚继续有胃痛和恶心。
我自己也有轻微的发烧。
现在是凌晨 1 点 30 分（饭后 5 小时）仍然患有胃痛、抽筋和腹泻。
没看过医生，因为尽管症状严重且不舒服，但它们并不危及生命。

Chicken bacon ranch sub. Included spinach. Nothing to eat since.
Nausea began 10 hours after. Vomiting and diarrhea around 12 hours later. Mild fever noted around 12 hour mark  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
