12 月 7 日我们去了当地的汉堡王吃晚饭。我和我女儿都很好。（我们有汉堡）。但是，我 4 岁的孩子在当晚晚上 11 点左右吐了。他吃了一顿孩子的鸡块餐。那是他那天吃的唯一可能导致它的东西。因为其他餐点是当天早些时候。我问他吃了什么，他说的第一件事就是鸡块。尽管他一整天都吃得更多。所以，好像他知道那就是他所抛出的。而且它看起来肯定像鸡块的一部分。我不知道它们是以某种方式被污染还是未煮熟或者是什么。他没有发烧，说肚子疼然后吐了。不酷，特别是对于一个 4 岁的小男孩。

晚上 7 点左右吃了一英尺长的鸡胸肉、辣椒白兰地奶酪、生菜、红洋葱、Jalapeã±O 和 chipolte 西南酱。所以我吃完之后我就像那样味道很粗.快进几个小时我上夜班，我开始在午夜时分感觉不舒服。肚子疼，感到臃肿，发冷，但我很温暖，大约上午 13 点我开始使用浴室 diereahh 在接下来的 1 小时半里有大约 3 次，之后我回家开始 diereahh 和呕吐每小时同时开始一次，从凌晨 30 点开始，每小时一次开始呕吐。我去了紧张病房，因为我严重脱水了，我无法喝任何液体，所以他们给了我静脉注射。他们说那是我吃的东西。目前晚上 10 点，我做得更好一些小子饮食，然后慢慢喝点液体，还是很轻 diereahh 和脱水

Ate a bowl of chipotle. Had barbacoa, white rice, pinto beans, sour cream, guac, and verde salsa. Bad hot flashes, on the toilet with diarrhea for the past 2 hours. The barbacoa was super fatty and I had to pick out half of the meat. Tasted funny… 更多

I got a burrito from Chipotle (Jan 9th) and downed it as I usually do. Later that night (5 hours later, maybe), I'm over the toilet for the next seventeen hours. I was running a fever of 101.5 at maximum and I couldn't keep anything down.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
