青豆、沙拉、披萨和鸡肉我生病了，两个朋友也生病了，一小时后症状开始我真的生病了，周日整天都在鼻腔出血，我不得不去医院急诊室
10 月 9 日星期六我在那里吃饭后生病了我不得不去医院，血液检查恢复阳性，所以我确实从那里的食物中毒了。餐厅的管理层更关心这 14 美元，然后承认一位顾客在吃食物时真的生病了。

我在下午 12 点 15 分吃了午饭。订购了素食卷饼和 fajita 蔬菜、玉米莎莎、酸奶油、奶酪和生菜，然后用可乐冲洗干净。下午 1 点左右，我开始出现胃痉挛，然后是发冷、恶心和腹泻。大约 4 个月前，我和我丈夫在这个完全相同的地方也发生了同样的事情。从那以后我们已经有好几次了，没有问题。

I ate a 7 layer burrito and also a quesadilla combo. About 8 hours later I woke up with Diarhhea and bad sweatting. An a hour after that I was projectile puking off and on for about 4-5 hours. Barely remained hydrated enough to keep from puking up bile constantly.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胆汁
