我在下午 12 点 15 分吃了午饭。订购了素食卷饼和 fajita 蔬菜、玉米莎莎、酸奶油、奶酪和生菜，然后用可乐冲洗干净。下午 1 点左右，我开始出现胃痉挛，然后是发冷、恶心和腹泻。大约 4 个月前，我和我丈夫在这个完全相同的地方也发生了同样的事情。从那以后我们已经有好几次了，没有问题。

I ate a 7 layer burrito and also a quesadilla combo. About 8 hours later I woke up with Diarhhea and bad sweatting. An a hour after that I was projectile puking off and on for about 4-5 hours. Barely remained hydrated enough to keep from puking up bile constantly.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胆汁
