我从 Panera 订购了草莓沙拉和咖啡。2 小时后，我经历了腹胀和躁动不安。煤气使我的胃变得更大了。我无法离开洗手间，我以为呕吐后我会感觉好些些。我错了。现在已经是凌晨 2 点 19 分了，我坐在浴室里仍然很痛苦。我服用了 nexium 和 gas-x 但是我的胃继续膨胀。

两周前 18 日我在那里吃过饭。我吃了草莓罂粟种子沙拉，里面有羊乳酪和煮鸡蛋。我还喝了绿茶、超级水果冰沙、意大利饺子意大利面和柠檬滴饼干。几个小时之内我开始感到恶心，我的胃开始受伤真的很糟糕。最后我整晚都得了腹泻。我吃了药，但胃痛和恶心依然存在。不幸的是，我没想到食物有什么问题，所以昨晚我吃了超级水果冰沙、意大利饺子意大利面、绿茶和饼干。出现完全相同的症状，我开始感到非常恶心，我知道这是因为在那里吃东西，因为这两天我都只在 panera 吃饭。
