22 年 2 月 8 日星期二我们在工作时订购了碗，除了我身上有生菜和 fajita 蔬菜之外，我们得到了差不多同样的东西。鸡肉、斑豆、糙米、玉米和温和的莎莎酱。我们在中午 12 点吃了，到了下午 6 点，我的肠子感觉很奇怪，我得了腹泻。在接下来的 45 个小时里我继续大便。就像每隔几分钟一样。痛苦。我还在搞砸但我还没吃东西所以我想我没什么可开除的东西了。我是我们三个人中唯一一个生病的人。这也是我那天唯一吃的东西。

At around 6 pm I drove through and ordered a value box meal, with no lettuce or tomato on anything. The meal included a taco, a burrito, and a chalupa. All were beef. Ate around 630 and watched TV for a few hours and went to bed.… 更多

Hard shell taco and nacho fries with cheese. I ate 1 hard shell taco with 1 packet of hot sauce, an order of nacho fries with a side of cheese, and a Cherry Pepsi. I was alone so it was just me that got sick. Symptoms started 2 hours on the dot after consuming.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
