Only I ate the peppered roast beef from the prepared foods department and almost immediately felt sick to my stomach and then the diarrhea started and now my head hurts and is throbbing and I still have diarrhea (all day), & feel sick to my stomach.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I ate chicken and guac bowl with brown rice, veggies, pinto beans, lettuce, tomatoes and mild salsa. Food consumption happened on Thursday, May 23rd, 2019 i got food around 8 pm. Around 10:40 pm i got diarrhea, only me got sick, it took less than an hour… 更多

我在旁边订购了塞萨尔沙拉和红薯薯条。吃完大约 20 分钟后我感觉非常恶心，觉得我不得不呕吐。10 分钟后它过去了，然后我觉得我也要把裤子也过去了。晚上晚些时候我感觉不错，但是当我醒来时我有极度的胃痛和水腹泻。我很沮丧因为我喜欢这个地方...我会回来的，但不会吃同样的东西。

我和我的家人两个星期天前去了 Chipotle，我们吃了生菜、香肠、西红柿、奶酪和玉米沙拉。我们回家了，我的儿子（8 岁）告诉我他得了胃痛。我的男朋友感觉很奇怪，他说他有点头晕有恶心，奇怪的头痛。

昨晚我和两个朋友一起来这家餐馆！餐厅看起来很干净，工作人员也非常友好。但是我的朋友点了巧克力布丁，说第一口之后就尝起来了，但是继续吃下去。开车回家时，她抱怨恶心和胃痛。我把她送到家里，本来应该第二天早上见她，然后我接到她早上哭泣的电话，说她昨晚整晚都在起床，把自己的布丁扔掉了。我感觉太糟糕了因为我喜欢这个晚餐而且从来没有问题。今天我打电话给经理，他非常乐于助人，很贴心，并向我道歉发生了什么

I went to Friday’s and ordered pork pot stickers... an hour later I felt terrible. Two hours later I couldn’t even leave my bathroom. I’ve never felt so sick after eating food!!!!! I woke up 6 times in the middle of the night trying to to throw… 更多
