I ate lunch on August 3rd. Time was between 12-1pm. I ordered two piece combo two legs and mashed potatoes and I had unsweet tea for beverage. Later that evening between 4-5pm I started having stomach pains and that’s when the diarrhea began. And today August 5th… 更多

下午 5 点左右订购了带有薯条、波利尼西亚酱和小鸡的蔬菜包装。早上 5 点左右醒来时出现严重的头痛和身体疼痛。整天都头痛恶心，终于在下午 5 点左右吐了。还是觉得不舒服  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 身体疼痛

I ordered an Italian sub from the deli around 5:45 PM. I pulled the ham off the sandwich after a few bites. 20 minutes after eating, I got stomach cramps and diarrhea that lasted through the night and next morning.

我吃了一个沙拉碗，里面有鸡肉、白米饭、辣椒、pinto 豆、pico、辣莎莎、玉米和生菜，还有鳄梨调味酱和薯条。我昨晚晚上 8 点左右吃了。昨晚我整晚都感到恶心而且几乎没睡觉。今天早上我有严重的胃痛和腹泻。大约 30 分钟后，我感觉好一点，然后大约 30 分钟后，我开始呕吐，整个早晨一直感到不适。
