2018 年 1 月 13 日下午 5:01 我也去了 Bojangles，然后去北卡罗来纳州夏洛特工作。我订购了 3 个普通饼干、一个红薯派和一个没有冰块的小水。我收到了一个透过窗户短发的浅肤色黑人女孩订购的商品，我检查了我的包，订单看起来不错。我也继续工作，开车时吃掉了袋子里的东西。吃完内容物二十五分钟后，我感到恶心，然后我停下来在路边呕吐。希望我能感觉好些，我也继续开车上班了，但是开车十分钟后我的胃又开始受伤，我立刻又感到恶心。我停在路边然后又呕吐了。我再次上了卡车，继续工作，我脑子里知道我有两份工作必须工作，因为我没有提前 24 小时打电话给我们，我们需要钱来支付账单。我终于一直都在工作，感觉恶心和胃部受到剧烈伤害。当我在下午 5 点 53 分上班时，我立即告诉我的同事我因食物中毒而生病，希望这是一个缓慢的夜晚。说完我去洗手间后呕吐然后腹泻了。上厕所后，我的同事说如果我想检查一下我的体温，他会找到一个温度计。我接受了，发现自己也发烧了 101F°，十五分钟后，晚上 06:18 我去了 Dollar Tree 的 Advil。截至现在晚上 6 点 29 分，我已经在停车场呕吐，又和 diahrea 一起上厕所了，我的胃仍然剧烈疼痛。如果不是在那之前我下完第二份工作，我也打算去急诊室。

I ordered a buttermilk chicken biscuit this morning for breakfast before work at about 6 am, I ate a few bites and noticed it tasted weird so I opened it up and it was weird looking almost like it was raw!!at about 8 am my stomach started hurting really bad then the diahrea started.  | 症状: 腹泻
