Monday, 8-13-18, between 12:30-1:30pm
Bowl w/ white rice, black beans, barb, sr crm, cheese, chips, red and green salsa.
Had food poisoning about 4 hours later. It was my first meal of the day as I have coffee for breakfast. That I make at home.

i ate yesterday around 6-6:30, i got the ma po tofu, and ever since then, i've been very nauseated. it took a bit for me to notice, but it has come on pretty strong, and my sister has also been sick since eating, even though she only ate steamed veggies there.  | 症状: 恶心
