i only ate half of the food. I lost my appetite which was weird, that just doesn’t happen to me. Took about 14 hours until symptoms began. Started with cramps, then bouts of diarrhea then vomiting. Temp reached 101.4 then stayed around 99.8 over 24 hours. Diarrhea… 更多

My husband, my son, and my daughter-in-law all ate the same ride on Saturday evening. By Sunday morning they were all experiencing nausea and diarrhea and my husband had fever as well. It lasted thru Monday morning  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

7 月 27 日下午 1 点左右，我和我丈夫在俄亥俄州鲍威尔的 Chipotle 吃了午餐。我有鸡肉炸玉米饼配白米饭，鸡肉，玉米，酸奶油和生菜。我丈夫有一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有黑豆、鸡肉、糙米、热莎莎酱和奶酪。星期五晚上我们俩都没有感到难过。我们星期六早上都因恶心、发烧、腹泻和头痛而醒来。从星期六早上到星期天结束我们都有症状。我目前已怀孕 7 个月，所以我怀孕期间不会再回 Chipotle 了。这是完全不安全的，特别是如果他们在过去一周内未能达到食品安全，并且仍然有顾客生病的问题。
