I got a calzone and cheesy bites. After an hour after eating, I started to feel jittery and nervous, sweating profusely and feeling feverish. My temp was 100. I then rushed to the bathroom. Never eating at pizza hut again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

16 年 6 月 6 日在 Moe “s 吃午饭，得到我总能得到的东西。之前可能在那里吃过50多次。用餐中途，开始出现胃痛。呕吐，大量出汗，大约一个小时后，荨麻疹随之而来。因为担心我的喉咙肿胀而不得不被带到急诊室。

I got wnedys for dinner the meal deal plus an extra jr bacon without tomatoes. My 1st sandwich was ok, 2nd sandwich the lettuce was tasten funny. Then around 7 am i got up and got sick until 1pm  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Chicken wrap with side of fruit. About 6 hours later I was nauseous and vomiting. That subsided quickly but I still feel nauseous and fatigued. Kids at at the same time but had regular chicken sandwich and fries so I'm guessing something in the lettuce or fruit.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
