I went to chipotle last night around 5 and had a sofritas burrito with brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, and guacamole. I also had a water. I got a calzone and cheesy bites. After an hour after eating, I started to feel jittery and nervous, sweating profusely and feeling feverish. My temp was 100. I then rushed to the bathroom. Never eating at pizza hut again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever

Chicken wrap with side of fruit. About 6 hours later I was nauseous and vomiting. That subsided quickly but I still feel nauseous and fatigued. Kids at at the same time but had regular chicken sandwich and fries so I'm guessing something in the lettuce or fruit.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
