Four of us got take out from this location on 08/31/19 around 6-7pm. Two of us had the steak and by noon of 09/01/19 were vomiting, having diarrhea and had severe nausea with the only common link being the steak from here  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我昨晚（2019 年 8 月 26 日）晚上 6 点 45 分至晚上 8 点在那里。我点了鸡肉 piccata，里面附带了鸡蛋面和奶油柠檬酒型酱汁。我真的无法形容它，但是当我吃它的时候我觉得有些不对劲。我不知道为什么。我猜我们的身体有疯狂的方式知道什么时候不对劲。味道还不错。当我晚上 9 点左右回家时，我感觉有点奇怪。有点恶心但没什么疯狂的...我在晚上 10 点 30 分上床睡觉，但是躺在两侧感到不舒服，所以我躺在背上。我无法入睡，因为恶心越来越激烈。因为我太不舒服了，所以我折腾了很多东西。然后在凌晨 1 点，我感到压倒性的恶心感觉真的很强烈。我感觉真的很虚弱和头晕，实际上我昏倒了大约 10 秒钟。我丈夫把我吵醒了，醒来几秒钟后，我开始呕吐。在每集之间，我分别呕吐了 3 次，大约 5-10 分钟，每集都呕吐了很多。当我感觉自己已经呕吐之后，我试图回到床上睡觉，但是我的胃里仍然充满了很多气体和恶心。我根本没睡觉。我每 20 分钟就会起一次腹泻。我现在早上 7 点还在躺在床上，仍然觉得我会有更多的腹泻。我真的脱水了，我的胃和结肠还在通过铃声。我已经叫停工了。我想慢慢喝水，因为每一口都会让我的胃有点酸痛。所以我必须慢慢喝酒。我百分百确定那是鸡肉皮卡塔。呕吐物闻起来像这样，我以前从未有过食物中毒。这是我第一次接受食物中毒。还在康复。希望我能尽快康复。我所知道的是我不会再在那里吃饭了。

I was there on Friday December 14 at 4:30 I had crispy green beans, fried rice with pork, crispy honey chicken, and beef double pan fried noodles. My stomach started to hurt around 8 pm. I started to vomit around 1 am.  | 症状: 呕吐

I got the fresh Atlantic salmon, deboned and skin taken out and portioned. We meal prepped for the week. No one else in our house (5 adults, 1 child) got sick except for my husband and I who ate the salmon for lunch. Symptoms started about 10-12 hours after eating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我和我的家人于 3 月 24 日在 Pf.Chang's 吃了东西。我和我妻子都很好，但我女儿没吃完所有的虾天妇罗，所以我吃完了剩下的虾天妇罗。当我们开车回家的时候，我女儿提到有些东西味道不对劲。我说，是的，有些东西确实有点奇怪但是什么都没想到...星期天早上我醒来时肚子疼但是我的女儿有胃痛、头痛和恶心。
