Wednesday November 8th Chicken Alfredo about 2 hours after eating started feeling icky. Threw up and diarrhea all night through to 8 am next day. Still feeling wiped out but can keep food down now  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

上周六，我和我丈夫带我们的三个孩子去了弗里斯科的 Inn Out。我们都吃了炸薯条和番茄酱。那是我们五个人从机构中摄取的唯一普通的东西。我们因此变得如此恶心似乎很奇怪，但我们确实做到了。进食后将近 3 小时我们都生病了。我们有很多症状，从腹泻到呕吐，还有令人发指的胃痛。我们几乎每周都在这里吃饭，今天之前从来没有经历过这种情况。

我订购了 7 块鸡肉招标，一面是通心粉和奶酪，还有一卷。那天晚上我开始感到有点恶心。第二天，我感到非常强烈的恶心、胃痛和极度虚弱。由于我感觉到的胃痛，我不得不多次使用洗手间。我试图走路差点昏迷。
