After eating a bowl
Brown rice, black beans, chicken, cheese, red hot sauce I became ill about 30min after. Still sick today but getting over it. 2/15/19 is the date I ate around 11am  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我和我的网球队在米德兰比赛结束后去了橄榄园。那天晚上 12 点，我的朋友开始呕吐并腹泻直到早上 9 点才在与我住的不同的酒店房间里。早上 6 点我醒来开始呕吐。我的室友也在我大约 15 分钟后开始呕吐。直到下午 2 点左右我们才停止呕吐和腹泻。然后我们睡了 5 个小时。这不仅是一次绝对糟糕的经历，而且我们错过了与团队一起玩乐的机会，因为我们被迫留在酒店房间里。我们不能不晕眩就站起来，我们总体上感觉很糟糕。我们认为这是沙拉里的东西，因为我们是仅有的三个人吃了很多沙拉。我吃了无底的汤和沙拉作为我的饭，但他们还有其他我不记得的东西。

After having lunch at Panera bread, the entire family (2 adults and 3 children) had to rush bathrooms when we got home . We all had severe belly aches and had diarrhea . We love Panera bread , but this location definitely is not like other ones we visited.  | 症状: 腹泻

7 月 4 日，我和我的男朋友那天晚上在开车回家的 ihop 上吃了法式吐司炒鸡蛋和培根和哈希布朗... 我的男朋友点了比利时华夫饼和炒鸡蛋，培根和香肠... 那天晚上我们开车去了家乡，当时全家人要在 7 月 4 日烧烤我们几乎不想吃任何东西，因为我们的肚子已经感觉不舒服了。第二天我们都有胃痛和 diahrrea。我的胃痛开始变得严重的剧烈疼痛，我不得不去急诊所，整晚都在急诊区。我得了严重的食物中毒，我的男朋友也有。
