I woke up at 6am with gut wrenching vomiting profuse diarrhea every part of my body aches and shooting pains throughout my body. My head is killing me like I've never known and profuse sweating comes and goes but no real fever. The lettuce was so wilted  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 出汗, 身体疼痛

2018 年 11 月 7 日星期三，我在 Lehi 的 Wendys 共进午餐，点了一个没有番茄酱蛋黄酱或泡菜的戴夫斯单曲。大约 4 分钟后我收到了食物然后开车离开了。我看着袋子，我得到了一个鸡肉三明治，上面有培根和一堆东西...根本不是我订购的商品。这次我转身进去等 10 分钟，然后有 4 名员工站在那里（完全知道我拿着一个未包装的三明治），然后继续告诉唯一一位在做她的工作的女士三明治不正确。她又接了我的订单，他们重新制作了我的三明治，我离开了。回到工作岗位（因为我必须交换食物而迟到）吃了午餐。4 小时后，我收到了严重的偏头痛恶心，伴随着呕吐腹泻胃痛，最终导致熄灭。我一生中从未有过如此糟糕的食物中毒。我不是说员工对我的三明治做了些什么... 但这不会感到惊讶。请查看这个 Wendys 地点的清洁度和食物准备情况。

I ate the vegetarian sandwich at around 9 pm (white bread, tofu, greens, tomato, guac, no pesto, no cheese), started feeling nauseous not long after. I tried going to bed about 10:30 but tossed and turned with a fever and nausea until vomiting it all up at 2am.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate there on July 2nd around 7:30 with my husband. I ordered the pork ruban (part of their summer specials) I woke up around 1:30 am and vomited. The same thing happened after I ate the SAME meal on June 17th!! I thought it was the flu before but now I’m convinced it’s BWW.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
