我在 7 点 45 分左右吃了素食 Pon Pon 鸡。11 点左右上床睡觉，马上开始感到恶心和生病。打了一会儿然后跳起来呕吐...然后是严重的抽筋和腹泻。现在是早上了，我还有胃痛和腹泻。希望很快就会过去。我喜欢这个地方，不会停止在那里吃饭，但希望这只是一次性的事情。

Had lunch at 11 30am. Had the veggie burger with sweet potato fries and coffee with cream. Started vomiting at 2:30 and having diarrhea with bloody stool. All I can taste is the mayonnaise sauce that went on the veggie burger. Over 24 hours now and still… 更多

I had a turkey bacon avocado salad with mayo and honey mustard. I started feeling sick 7 hours later. Throwing up. Fatigue. Stomach cramps. Low fever. It has been going on for almost 24 hours. Date visited may 31, 2018 at 11:00 am.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
