I’m not sure, but I had wings, fries and a piece of chicken quesadilla. I also had a blue Hawaiian drink and a Mountain Dew after.  I ate there with my fiancé and my sister and I am the only one with symptoms. Diarrhea and nausea with vomiting   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

2019 年 10 月 27 日午餐时间吃了一个温暖的地中海谷物碗（仅限素食，不含鸡肉）和西兰花芝士汤。傍晚晚些时候，开始感到胃紧和疼痛（上胃，靠近胸骨）。早上，胃痛和腹泻会增加几次。全天，震动胃痛和抽筋，关节疼痛，头痛，虚弱，食欲不振。

上周四下午 5 点半左右在回家的路上，订购了 3 个 Doritos tacos supreme。那天我只吃燕麦片。15-20 分钟后我回家先吃了炸玉米饼我的胃开始起泡，然后是恶心、高烧和大量出汗。体温上升了一会儿之后，腹泻开始了，然后两者都立即结束了。独自一人在家我想他们已经好起来了，但应该在 8 到 24 小时内松散地过去。
这些症状一直持续到星期五晚上。周六，症状有所缓解，但越来越弱。星期天，我带自己去了紧急护理，并被告知 3 个盐水袋 2 个氯化钾袋和 4 个钾丸。进行了细菌测试，每个文档大约需要48小时才能培养。情况还在恶化，所以星期二去看了刚得到结果的博士...

I ate 3 soft tacos with chicken, rice, corn, sour cream, cheese. About an hour later I am very nauseas and have bad diarrhea. I’m disgusted.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Third time going in 3 years. Last time was the culprit. Had medium Signature Burger, Bottled Root Beer and fries. 12 hours later ended up in the emergency room with ungodly abdominal pain, diarrhea and nausea with vomiting.
