I had a chicken bowl with fajitas, black beans, lettuce,tomatoes, sour cream and cheese. the fajitas tasted a little off like kinda chemical-ly and i started feeling really sick within an hour or two. ive been having waves of stomach pain all night  | 症状: 恶心, 胃痛

我订购了一个含白米、黑豆、绿辣酱、玉米、生菜和番石油的素食碗，然后放了 chipotle 沙拉酱。我吃的时候感觉很好。我在晚上 7 点 30 分左右购买了这顿饭，但是今天早上 3 点左右，我因胃痛和腹泻而病得非常严重。没有感觉生病就不能吃任何东西。
