晚上 7 点左右开车穿过 Chick-Fil-A，吃了大约一半的 Cobb 沙拉和鳄梨酸橙牧场调味料，我丈夫吃了辣鸡肉豪华三明治。他吃完了我沙拉的后半部分。大约 2 小时后，网站开始出现胃痉挛、恶心和腹泻。已经 4 个小时了，他现在正在睡觉，但我还在腹泻和恶心。我的女儿们有鸡肉条和普通的鸡肉三明治，它们很好，所以我想也许是生菜？

I ate a Cobb salad with avocado lime dressing. I didn't eat all of the salad because I started to not feel very good. An hour and half after I ate it I got sick. I just woke up violently throwing up!! I have not actually thrown… 更多

Had a 2 piece meal with corn and cole slaw sides also avocado sauce and tomato salsa. After about 2 hours, vomited everything out. Felt better after a few hours and rest. Not positive it was cause, but didn't eat anything else that day (May 31, 2016)  | 症状: 呕吐

I ate at Panera on May 11, 2016. Shortly after my stomach didn't feel right and I had diarrhea. The next day I had abdominal pain all day and by nightfall profuse vomiting. I ended up hospitalized from 3am on the 14th until the 17th. I ate the broccoli soup and Turkey avocado bacon sandwich.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

我点了一小碗辣椒和 crabcake 鳄梨葡萄柚沙拉。离开餐厅大约十五分钟后，我注意到恶心和胃部不适。直到第二天早上我才想到什么，在那里我无法停止呕吐，甚至连一小口水也无法保持下来。我发烧很高，身体抽筋，头痛，脖子僵硬和腹泻非常糟糕。自从我在这里吃饭已经三天了，但我病得很重。我不确定造成这种情况的原因，但是在这里吃饭后立即发生了。
