I had half a Paloma, chips, salsa, and a Barbacoa taco. About 20 minutes after eating I threw up everything., I was the only one at my table who got sick. I was fine all day before eating. The symptoms started 20 minutes after eating.  | 症状: 呕吐

Barbacoa, pinto beans, brown rice, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese. Approximately ate at 11:30 Am; symptoms started with cramping around 1300, nauseated by 2:30 bad enough to leave work and eventually turned to vomiting around 5 PM lasting until 7PM; mild cramping persists  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Ate chipotle around 8pm on Sunday May 5th., I ordered a burrito bowl with barbacoa meat at 8pm. I woke up around 6:30am with nausea then started vomiting and having diarrhea. The only other thing I ate that day was a pb&j sandwich. My sister also ordered chipotle, but chose chicken for her meat.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻

Ate a burrito bowl from Whole Foods for dinner last night (7pm yesterday 4/27/19) and since this morning have felt nausea, stomach upset and a lot of diarrhea all day today. Maybe it was something in the shredded Barbacoa or guacamole or pico de Gallo. Not a happy camper.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻
