周日晚上，我点了一个墨西哥卷饼，里面有数量有限的所有东西：黑豆、糙米、西红柿、洋葱、鳄梨和奶酪。凌晨 5 点，我开始恶心了。早上7点，带着严重的腹泻去洗手间。在星期一阵亡将士纪念日整天，一个巨大的恶心，发烧时感觉很冷。今天，接下来的星期二，恶心消失了，但仍然无法进食，胃痛。感觉出了点问题。
