I ate a chicken burrito at around 5 pm. It had white rice, black beans, chicken, cheese, and lettuce. Later on at around 9pm my stomach started to hurt. Then when I woke in the morning the next day, my stomach start to hurt even worse. I had diarrhea was vomiting that entire day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

昨天下午 3 点左右和我的朋友一起去了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有白米饭、黑豆、鸡肉、牛排、西红柿、玉米、莎莎佛得角、奶酪、酸奶油和生菜。几个小时后我的胃感觉很奇怪，但我什么也没想到。但是，我醒来时出现了令人难以置信的胃痛，需要排便和呕吐。我整天都在厕所里盘旋，感觉很糟糕。我的朋友拥有我所有的东西，减去酸奶油和萨尔萨佛得角。

绝对不会很快回到那个地方。

我拿到了豆腐碗-糙米，黑豆，豆腐，热/温和的莎莎酱，生菜，玉米-我在床上睡了将近一个星期，肚子肿了，几乎不能消耗液体。我感到虚弱和恶心。直到 5-6 天我才能食用任何固体食物。我联系到餐厅，被告知要去网上举报，基本上已经收到了拨号音。
