Gf and I went to chipotle around 3pm
I ordered the chicken bowl brown rice black beans corn guac lettuce sour cream
About 5pm had excruciating abdominal pain so I went to sleep. Woke up about 9pm with bowel problems for over an hour  | 症状: 腹泻

我在 8 月 21 日星期日访问了 chipotle。我订购了一个鸡肉碗，里面有米饭、黑豆、奶酪、鸡肉、酸奶油、温和的莎莎酱和鳄梨调味酱。到星期一晚上，我出现了严重的恶心、抖动、发冷、发烧和 diherra。三天后，我去了急诊室，得到了药丸来消除恶心，但我仍然有症状。我明天要去医院接受官方诊断，但是我的护士妈妈说我要么感染了沙门氏菌，要么感染了另一种细菌。

Went there last night at 9 are the burrito bowel, brown rice, black beans, hot sauce, cheese and then an hr later my stomach was queezy and I came home and have had the runs, almost 12hrs later I still have the runs ongoing!  | 症状: 腹泻

我中午打电话给订单，30 分钟后拿起订单。那是两个带有 Pico de giao 的牛肉炸玉米饼以及大米和黑豆。我吃了大约一半的食物。然后我直到凌晨 2 点 30 分才开始出现症状（所以 12 小时后），症状始于腹胀和气体滞留，当我开始通过煤气时，它是硫磺。但这并没有减轻痛苦。情况变得更糟然后腹部痉挛开始然后腹泻。然后我在早上 7 点 30 分左右开始呕吐。腹泻和呕吐物看起来像 Costa Vita 的食物，没有其他东西。我认为这很奇怪，因为从那以后我又吃了几顿饭。终于在上午 8 点半结束了。我想我把所有这些都从我的系统里拿出来了。

8 月 17 日，星期三，午休时间我在拉斯维加斯上班，去了 Chipotle 点了鸡肉卷饼糙米黑豆玉米蔬菜，一点酸奶油和一点鳄梨调味酱。我在晚上 8 点 30 分左右休息午休。我在晚上 11 点下车，不得不在不到 8 小时的周转时间内重返工作岗位。到我下班回家的时候大约是凌晨 1 点... 当我回到家时，我没时间吃饭只能睡几个小时才能回去工作。第二天我醒来上班时，我感到肚子里有异常的疼痛，但仍然去上班。没有早餐。我只能工作 4 个小时，因为每 20 分钟我就会跑到洗手间排便。排便我们不是常态，出来的东西就像是水样物质黄色。我开始在排便的同时立即出汗和呕吐。我感觉非常虚弱，就在 20 分钟后我以为自己完成工作后，我马上就跑回洗手间了同样的问题。今天是 8 月 20 日，腹泻或排便已经放缓，呕吐有所减缓，但是我仍然感觉虚弱，有时我必须立即躺在床上才能重新获得能量。我开始不追求这个问题而是让它过去, 但是我今天的感觉使我在网上进行了一些研究，并且我正在阅读最近吃过辣椒的人的类似故事.该怎么办？！！
