I had a steak bowl with white rice, black beans, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole on 2/19/19 @ 7:30pm. Got severely ill around 1:30 AM with vomiting and sever diarrhea. It is now 7:15am on 2/20/19 and I still cannot keep anything down.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我在午餐时买了带黑豆和青菜的鸡肉和藜麦蛋白碗，一小时之内就出现了腹泻。然后几个小时后，我有弹丸呕吐、爆炸性腹泻、高烧、身体发冷、严重偏头痛，我感到神志不清。我的关节也很疼痛。整晚无法入睡，今天早上醒来时感觉虚弱，有轻微的发烧。

2019 年 2 月 6 日星期四下午 5 点 30 分至 7 点 30 分，我在这家餐厅共进晚餐。我点了一个牛肉卷饼，里面有黑豆和黄米饭。第二天凌晨 4 点左右我醒来时感到恶心、急剧的胃痉挛、呕吐和腹泻。我呕吐得太多，以至于因为脱水不得不去医院。
