订购鸡肉卷饼碗，里面有新鲜的皮科、奶酪、黑豆、糙米、生菜、fajita 蔬菜、酸奶油和鳄梨调味酱。我的工作距离实际上不到半英里，所以当我吃午饭时我的食物还是很温暖的。在 2 小时之内，我开始出现极度恶心、发烧和腹泻，持续了下午的剩余时间。仍然感到恶心、轻微发烧和腹胀。

昨天（2018 年 9 月 30 日）我在南卡罗来纳州默特尔比奇的 chipotle 吃晚饭，几个小时后生病了。我吃了一个牛排碗，里面有糙米、黑豆、牛排、温和的酱汁、酸奶油、玉米和奶酪。我把吃过的碗的全部量都扔掉了。我今天整天都在床上睡觉，睡着了，发冷，去洗手间，什么也做不了。

Son and I both got sick within hours of eating today. We split a spicy tuna roll, he had udon noodles/tofu/spinach/asparagus/bean sprouts with teriyaki. I had brown rice/white chicken/broccoli/carrots/spinach with spicyaki. Syptoms included diarrhea within two hours and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
