I ordered chicken burrito bowl. I ate half and my wife ate the other half. We were perfectly OK before eating Chipotle food last night (30 April 2016), but today I am bed-ridden. I have head pain, feel week and feel like sleeping. My wife is also feeling similar symptoms.  | 症状: 发烧

Had a burrito bowl, chicken, white rice, Pinto beans, pico, Medium salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. Are at 9pm saturday, was up vomiting at 5 am Sunday. My wife and I ate the exact same thing for the entire day, with the exception of the Pico and the cheese.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

昨天下班后我吃了墨西哥卷饼碗。它有牛排，糙米，黑豆，玉米，西红柿，生菜，奶酪，鳄梨调味酱，莎莎酱和酸奶油。那天晚上我的气体真的很糟糕，大约凌晨 3 点或 4 点我的腹泻真的很糟糕。我上班的时候起床我整天都感到非常不舒服和恶心。我一回到家，腹泻就会持续下去，而且不会停止。此时它只是透明的液体，但仍然很重。我还没去看医生。但是我正在考虑在接下来的一个小时内去。我只是想写这个柜子以防我死了。我感觉太糟糕了。就像我喜欢 Chipotle 一样，我再也不会在那里吃东西了。

4 月 16 日星期六，我有一个来自 Chipotle 的墨西哥卷饼碗，除了在家里做的三明治之外，这是我唯一吃完所有东西的东西。星期天早上我在从伯克利回到洛杉矶的公共汽车回家，开始经历一些非常糟糕的 dhiarreha，那天晚上晚些时候变得呕吐/dhiarreha。星期二是我开始感到非常发烧的时候，发冷和大量出汗直到星期三。我进入了紧急护理，他们立即让我进行静脉注射并做了一系列检查。结果返回异常，因此由于所有呕吐/dhiarreha 中的低钾脱水和肝酶升高，他们然后直接将我送到急诊室。那天晚上我在医院待了一整天并得到紧急护理后才获释。直到昨天我一直在进出医生做血液检查和跟进预约。

我有一个卷饼碗，里面有白米饭、黑豆、鸡肉、温和的西红柿、玉米莎莎和生菜。我只吃了一半的碗。我今天早上 5 点（16 年 4 月 26 日）醒来，出现了严重的胃痛、恶心、呕吐和腹泻。症状终于消失了（谢天谢地）但我再也不会把不卫生的 Chipotle 或任何快餐店的钱给我了。我要补充一点，这里的客户服务也很糟糕。我本该掏出10美元而不是消耗这些垃圾。不要在这个地方... 或任何地方吃东西，因为这个问题。
