订购了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有黑豆、白米饭、鸡肉、番茄莎莎酱、莎莎和生菜。食用后 10 分钟内感觉非常臃肿，从那以后就出现了可怕的寒战、发烧、头痛、胃痉挛和严重的恶心，现在 6 小时后它逐渐恶化。我 3 岁的女儿有一个孩子的玉米软炸玉米饼，里面有鸡肉、白米饭、全豆和奶酪，到目前为止感觉还不错。手指交叉我的小女孩没生病。

Had a burrito bowl with brown rice, both beans, fajitas, sofritas (tofu), mild salsa, cheese, guac, and lettuce with water. Began throwing up violently later that night and throughout the entire night. Terrible.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a burrito bowl - steak, brown rice, black beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole and chips on the side. Within an hour I began to feel off. Within a few hours I had fever and diarrhea and body aches.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
