昨天我在下午 2 点左右。我有一个植被卷饼碗，里面有米饭、豆类、西红柿、玉米、奶酪、生菜和鳄梨。直到晚上 8 点左右我的胃开始受伤时，我感觉很好。我上床睡觉，立即开始感觉更糟。我感到极度寒冷，感觉非常虚弱。我头痛很大，然后最终在早上 7 点左右呕吐。截至目前我还感觉不好了，我再也不会吃东西了。

在我上班之前就搞定了我得到了一个猪肉卷饼碗，里面放着酸奶油，番茄和玉米莎莎。3 小时后我腹泻并且正在呕吐。我离开了剩下的时间都吐了。没睡。我还是头晕、臃肿和疼痛，生病花了 3 个小时  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心, 腹胀, 头晕, 身体疼痛

Am a nurse so went June 4th got burrito bowl with just fajita veggies double chicken lettuce the spicy salsa and lettuce later that day started getting really bad cramps and diarrhea and was running fever of 101.
