2018 年 2 月 11 日下午 3 点左右吃了，点了牛排卷饼配白米饭，温和的莎莎酱，酸奶油，生菜和奶酪。那天晚上晚些时候，我整天唯一吃的东西之后生了严重的病，剧烈的胃痛，呕吐，运行不好，出汗真的很糟糕。以为我快死了，必须去急诊室，花了 5 个小时在急诊室接受液体和恶心药物以及测试以确保它不是流感。

I ordered a chicken bowl and ate about half of it. Ordered my boyfriend a steak burrito and he was fine. Around 3 am I started throwing up and did not start to feel better until about 3pm. Had to miss a day of work because of it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 1 月 12 日中午吃了午饭。我吃了一个牛排卷饼碗。我在碗中途开始感觉不舒服，但继续吃完然后又回去工作了。当我晚上 8 点左右回到家时，我开始发冷和发烧。呕吐和腹泻开始的第二天。今天是 2018 年 2 月 14 日，我还生病无法进食。
