At around five or four I went to del taco and ordered the macho burrito cambo. When I woke up the next day my stomach was hurting but I didn't know why. I was trying to use the restroom to see if that would help but I ended up vomithing. My stomach still hurts and I have the chills  | 症状: 呕吐

I ate a super burrito and a taco salad at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, 05/01/16. I woke up during the middle of the night vomiting and having severe diarrea. I continued to experience vomiting, nausea, fever, and diarrea all day on Monday. Today, I'm still extremely nauseous and trying to recover.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I ordered. The beefy crunch burrito. As I always do whatever I got.to taco bell. But after this particular visit I gained only what I know from once in the past as " food poisoning " same symptoms exact same feeling I felt perfectly fine before hand… 更多

昨天 5 月 1 日和一位朋友和我 1 岁的儿子一起去了那里。我们都点了墨西哥卷饼。我的肉饼里有糙米、黑豆、辣酱、笔克、奶酪、生菜、guac 和玉米。她的是一个 barbacoa，里面有白米饭、黑豆、Pico、生菜、奶酪和酸奶油。我儿子吃了我的一部分墨西哥卷饼。我们去了家，大约 2 个小时后都开始感到不舒服。到了晚上，我们感觉真的很糟糕，两人都胃痛不好，睡得很早。我凌晨 1 点醒来呕吐和腹泻。我儿子醒来时挑剔地哭着抱着肚子但从来没有呕吐。我的朋友在凌晨 4 点醒来时出现了同样的症状。今天 5/2 我们三个人仍然有腹泻、恶心、发冷，而且都非常昏昏欲睡。我喜欢 chipotle 但这太令人沮丧了 :(
