Had a burrito bowl, chicken, white rice, Pinto beans, pico, Medium salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. Are at 9pm saturday, was up vomiting at 5 am Sunday. My wife and I ate the exact same thing for the entire day, with the exception of the Pico and the cheese.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Last meal was April 29th. I went to chipotle and ordered a Steak burrito with white rice, no beans, cheese and sour cream. That night I woke up vomiting. Ate a steak and carnitas burrito around 7pm on April 29,2016. About 12am I experienced diarrhea and at about 1:15 am I threw up, followed by constant throwing up throughout the night. Possibly the worst illness of my life.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

On Saturday, April 30th at 11:30am I had a chicken Cantina burrito from Taco Bell in Kingston, NY. Shortly after, I felt nauseous and abdominal pains. After a few hours of gut wrenching pain, I finally vommitted. Immediately after I felt better and knew it was food poisoning.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
