2016 年 11 月 10 日星期四晚上吃了。有我平常的三文鱼额外的香草黄油沙拉和一点奶酪馄饨和肉酱（只有三口）；下午 6 点至下午 6 点 30 分吃了所有的三文鱼和沙拉。到凌晨 2 点 40 分，开始感到非常恶心，肚子非常臃肿，尽管我什么也没吃过，也没吃过鲑鱼以来。非常恶心，我知道它即将到来。凌晨 4:06 因严重腹泻跑到洗手间，在我完成之前，我开始猛烈地呕吐弹丸-我不是故意要图形化，但这是一部恐怖电影中的东西！我丈夫说，到处都是地板、墙壁、我的腿、我的脚，我看起来像是投掷类固醇的霸王龙；它像潮汐一样出来。我胃里的疼痛是如此剧烈-这种情况持续了 10 多次，直到我再也无法忍受了，叫 911。我可以说我的心在 Tachy 并且知道我已经严重脱水了。

我的小侄子那天晚上早些时候我们吃的时候只吃了一口鲑鱼，后来他也有肚子疼，但没有呕吐。

我开始吃开胃菜，朝鲜蓟蘸龙虾碎和薯条。我吃了很健康的份额然后我继续吃凯撒沙拉。当我开始感到极度腹胀和饱腹感时，只吃了两口沙拉。我的晚餐来了之后，！我开始吃带黄油的烤土豆，那时我感到异常饱和恶心。我停止吃马铃薯了，感觉自己的身体正在升温，汗水来到我身上，呕吐的感觉非常强烈。我起来很虚弱，试图抓住栏杆去洗手间，但在四分之一的路上晕倒了。我的听力完全消失了，我的视力模糊了。在地板上待了几分钟后，我得以起床然后错开回到展位。大量呼吸并坐下后，呕吐的感觉就消失了，发誓剧烈，我的听力又回来了。我以前从来没有发生过这种情况。非常令人震惊，但我相信这是一例食物中毒。

Only ate peanut butter sandwich at 2 pm for lunch. Felt fine then went to Freddy's at 2230 pm. By 2300 I was already feeling the symptoms. 3am full blown chaos. It's 2000 Sunday night finally feeling some relief. But no doubt it was Freddy's. Never going back.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
