I ate a burrito at chipotle on 101418 around 9pm with chicken steak pico hot sauce sour cream cheese and lettuce. The next morning I had diarrhea which lasted the entire day. Ive beeen feeling nauseous since I ate the food and I also have a fever  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

had a bad feeling. anyway, had 50/50 rice, 50/50 chicken steak, 50/50 beans. cheese, pico de gallo, cream and corn. sick in 3 hrs. projectile diarrhea twice. then dehydrated. thanks again chipotle.  | 症状: 腹泻
