Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo, Large, with a Dr. Pepper to drink and curly fries.
Felt symptoms a few hours later.

At 8pm, ordered the endless chicken tenders, ate 7. I felt full after 7 and walked home with my partner at 9:30pm.

I ate orange chicken and fried rice about an hour before my flight. Began to feel sick to my stomach as we boarded the plane, and experienced diarrhea on the plane. A couple hours later, I experienced heavy nausea and vomiting. I cannot hold down any food or drink including water.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
