Ordered the burrito bowl with half chicken and half steak for dinner on 2/9/16. Added the tomato salsa, corn, black beans, fajita veggies, and guac. The next morning woke up with liquid diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻

Ordered a bowl with white rice, fajitas, steak, tomato salsa, corn salsa and hot salsa and cheese to top it off. Ate around 6:30p and about a half hour later had severe diarrhea and has continued into this morning with nausea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I went to Chipotle for lunch. Ordered same thing as always, Bowl with half Carnita and Half Barbacoa (sp) no rice, black beans, pinta, fresh salsa, both the green and red sauce, corn, sour cream and guacamole.

My sons went to this location today and both had the bowls with corn, rice, salsa, beans and rice. The only difference is one had carnitas and one had chicken so the meat can't be the culprit. The one who had carnitas also had guacamole, which can't… 更多
