我和我丈夫昨晚在晚餐时吃了 chipotle 我们已经几个月没吃了。今天他和我一直在为洗手间而战。严重腹泻、恶心、胃痉挛和整体感觉像是食物中毒的坏情况。我吃了沙拉、鸡肉、番茄莎莎、玉米莎莎、鳄梨调味酱、奶酪、沙拉酱。我丈夫吃了墨西哥卷饼碗、双鸡、鳄梨调味酱、酸奶油、奶酪、玉米莎莎、白米饭和红辣酱。

I had a bowl with steak, fajitas, corn, hot salsa, black beans, lettuce on Tuesday evening. Overnight I woke up with extreme stomach discomfort followed by 3 rounds of vomiting and ongoing diarrhea. Undigested chipotle stuff is coming out. Don't take a risk, avoid Chipotle!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a chipotle bowl with rice, chicken, beef, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese yesterday night. I woke up at night throwing up at least 4 times. I have a slight fever as well.
