I ate a carnitas burrito bowl with black beans, white rice, cheese, sour cream, mild salsa, guacamole and chips on 02/17/20 around 8:00 pm. Within an hour and a half after consumption, I had extreme cramping that lasted through the night and following day, diarrhea, and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

我们俩都订购了装有 Barbacoa 肉、斑豆、白米饭、酸奶油、奶酪、生菜和绿色莎莎酱的碗。吃完之后，头痛和恶心真的很累。从早上 7:30 到下午 1 点左右醒来有 diahrea。严重的恶心，一天中大部分时间都感到头晕。大约 35 分钟后，我感到胃部剧烈疼痛，无法从疼痛中站起来。然后四处走走喝茶让自己通过煤气。我认为这是一个很大的抽筋。我很高兴一切都结束了。吃完大约 30 分钟后生病了。我和妈妈都订购了同样的东西。我怀孕了，妈妈已经 40 多岁了。我哥哥也点了食物，但他的订单不一样。他没生病。

My husband ordered Barbcoa bowl with rice, pinto beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and mild source for lunch on 2/16/2020. He started headaches from 6pm and felt chill with nauseas from 6:30pm. He vomited all what he ate and had to go to bed after that.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 寒战
