Husband and I are at 4pm on 5/11, were both sick by 11pm, vomiting and diarrhea. Ate cheeseburgers and garlic fries. Child ate chicken nuggets and did not get sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered trout with mango salsa, green beans, and garlic mashed potatoes with white wine and crime brulee. Within 15 minutes of leaving, had severe bloating, nausea & indigestion. Pain worsened over next hour. Vomited. Not fun.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹胀, 消化不良

We had Italian nachos and garlic Parmesan fries. About 3 hours after eating we both got stomach cramps and severe diarrhea., 2 of us got sick. We ate the same thing (shared). Was within 3 hours of eating  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

My spouse and I ate at Applebee's on Saturday April 27, 2019 at about 7:30 pm. I started to vomit within 30 minutes, and have not been able to eat or keep anything down including water. I have extreme nausea, and really feel bad.

我在 19 年 4 月 11 日收到了大豆蒜鸡腿和野蛮人肋骨（以及当天的两侧）。我从 19 年 4 月 13 日开始感到不适，并于 19 年 4 月 15 日去看医生，抱怨发烧、持续腹泻、恶心、胃痛和疼痛。医生证实可能是食物中毒。这是我唯一吃的但我室友没吃的食物，他很好。

Garlic burger, Ordered food to go from restaurant. 1 person got sick. Nausea about 5 or 6 hours after eating. Vomiting shortly after. Diarehha started about an hour after that. Lasted 6 hours before able to fall asleep. Symptoms resumed upon waking.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心
