Had salad: spring mix, kale, arugula, pineapple, olives, tomatoes, roasted garlic, red onions, with oil and vinegar dressing.

Ordered a Garlic Double and Birthday Cake Shake on Wednesday 2/28/18. Hamburger was absolutely smeared in garlic, but was too hungry to not at least try to eat some of it. Didn't realize until I had already taken a bite from the hamburger that it was raw… 更多

Ordered two plain 1 half pepperoni and some garlic knots .were frequent buyers from there and we’ve never had a problem . My husband and 2 daughters all got sick after eating the pizza they all have been vomiting all night ! Thank you dominos !  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

那天我唯一吃的东西就是早餐。我们是从佐治亚州开车上来的，然后在必胜客停下来吃一顿晚午餐。我吃了一部分意大利辣香肠比萨饼、雪碧和大蒜面包，然后我在吃饭的时候就开始生病了 —— 头痛、恶心、胃痛。在我们不得不在休息站停下来之前，我们开车大约 30 分钟，然后我扔在车后面。之后我就淘汰了，一定睡了好几个小时，因为当我再次醒来时，天黑了，我们处于不同的状态。无论如何，必胜客很便宜，所以我并不感到惊讶这件事发生了。

我们晚上 8 点左右去这里吃晚饭。我的孩子吃了红薯薯条和牛肉大蒜面条，但它们很好。我丈夫和我分享了芒果沙拉和鲑鱼肚，我们俩都生病了。第二天早上我们不能起床。他一直有腹泻，整天躺在床上。我强迫自己吐出来，因为我太头晕了，想呕吐。我有几次腹泻。
