Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans on 1/5/17 at 8pm. Around 6am on 1/6/17 I woke up nauseous, throwing up and had diahrea which had me using the bathroom every hour. I was unable to keep down any liquids until 6pm on 1/6/17 and still have diahrea, it is now 7:30am on 1/7/17 .  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Nov. 28 about 6pm Ate Chicken Meatballs with gravy, Potatoes Au Gratin, Carrots, Purple Cabbage. In an 1-2 hour stomach cramps, then nausea and vomiting, then severe diarrhea. Food was served slightly warm!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我们在六点半左右吃了。这种转变即将改变。我丈夫吃了辣椒豆。我吃了牛排三明治，儿子吃了华夫饼和巧克力片，2 个香肠肉饼和哈希布朗被奶酪、培根和肉汁窒息。我丈夫拉里在 11 点左右开始生病，呕吐，抽筋非常糟糕，冻结然后因发烧而燃烧。还有 diarea。现在是早上 8 点 21 分，他还生病了。也可能是来自饼干的。他让我品尝饼干是因为它们太硬了。他们品尝得很平坦而且很辛苦。他还没看过医生。我一直在给他很多水，但水似乎有所缓解。
